From a useful first problem to software that works for your business.

You work directly with the team building your software. Together, we agree what to solve, how to measure progress and what happens after launch.

How an engagement runs

  1. Understand

We learn how work gets done, where it gets stuck and who is involved. Together we identify a useful first problem and what success would look like.

  2. Agree

Before work begins, we agree the scope, timing, responsibilities and commercial terms. We also agree how to assess the result and what support the engagement includes.

  3. Build and launch

We build the software, review it with you and test it before it goes into daily use. Changes, handover and the people involved are agreed as part of the work.

  4. Support and improve

After launch, we maintain and improve the software under an agreed arrangement, or hand it over to your own team.

Agreeing the terms

Our work is aligned with the results it helps create. We agree on the problem, the measure of success, the work involved and the commercial terms before we build. Costs, responsibilities and support are discussed for each engagement.
