Data privacy

The form asks for your name, email address and message so the team can receive and respond to your enquiry. Messages are sent to the team by email using Resend. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify submissions.

Please avoid including passwords, financial details or other sensitive information in your first message. You can use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted.

This site uses no analytics or tracking. Its only third-party service is Turnstile on the form. Data access and hosting for your project are agreed as part of each engagement.

Software ownership

Your business owns its data and the custom code we build for it, subject to the terms of the engagement and any third-party licences. We agree how you can access or export your data, and which accounts and services the work uses.

Security practices

We agree the access controls, backups, monitoring and incident responsibilities appropriate to the project before launch. Where an AI assistant is used, we agree what it can do and when it should involve a person.

Handover

When the engagement ends, we provide a documented handover of the agreed work and access. You can also arrange a handover to your own team.

Ongoing support

Under an agreed arrangement, we maintain and improve the software as your needs change. The support level, issue reporting and changes are agreed for the engagement.
